SC refuses to entertain plea filed against Bombay HC order staying the decision to ban sale of meat in Maharashtra during Jain festival.

While refusing to interfere with Bombay HC order, Bench of Justice Thakur observed "there has to be a spirit of tolerance.

Bench of Justice Thakur also observed that "these are not issues which can be forced down somebody's throat" #MeatBan
