At precisely 10:45 am today, at least 100 to 150 cars winded their way from 7 Racecourse Road to the BJP guesthouse in Vasant Kunj, where the RSS will review the Narendra Modi government's performance in the last 15 months at a three-day meeting that began today.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to attend the meeting, though it's not clear how much time he will spend there. Media reports now say that home minister Rajnath Singh, defence minister Manohar Parrikar met RSS leaders, who asked that the OROP be implemented quickly.

The Prime Minister plans to spend four hours discussing the Union Budget and the Bihar elections with RSS leaders. BJP chief Amit Shah will be present on all three days of what has been billed as a 'samanway baithak' or coordination meeting, being chaired by Mohan Bhagwat, chief of the RSS, the BJP's ideological mentor.
