Another gunman reported at US University campus

An armed person has been reported on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth Universityin Richmond, US, according to multiple media reports. Police are responding and are urging students and staffers to avoid the area. Police have described the suspect as a male, wearing a square military-style hat and backpack. He was last seen going east on Grace Street from Belvidere Street.

News of the active shooting comes just one day after a gunman opened fire at Umqua Community College in Oregon, killing nine and injuring nine more before being shot dead by police.
