In a bizarre ruling, North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un has passed a new diktat which cautions men to keep their hair length to a maximum of 2 cm or face sanctions. North Korean men have been ordered to get their hair cut in the 'ambitious' manner of their leader Kim Jong-un. Men have been warned they face sanctions if their hair is longer than 2cm and not shaved along the sides
