Many firsts inside Parliament today.

-- The stunning building will lit with fairy lights.

-- As you enter the Central Hall, you are greeted with a shehnai recital, recorded of course.

-- An exhibition on the works of Dr B R Ambedkar has been opened in the Parliament Annexe.

-- The government has also circulated a booklet in English and Hindi on the salient portions of the speeches of Dr Ambedkar with bullet points for the future references to the Constitution.
