Cover up, Kashi Vishwanath temple tells foreigners

If a woman foreigner in shorts or capri pants wants to visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi, she will have to change into a sari first. The famed shrine in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's constituency today introduced a dress code targeted particularly at women visitors from the West, demanding they cover up their arms and legs in deference to "Indian culture".
