Sonia Gandhi to host dinner for AICC office bearers on May 6

A correspondent in New Delhi reports:

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has called a dinner meeting on May 6, where Congress MPs and members of the Congress Working Committee will be present.

It is a customary dinner after the budget session but what is of significance is that the party vice president Rahul Gandhi will be elevated to the post of All India Congress Committee president.
