Maharashtra FDA to file FIR against Snapdeal over online drugs sale

The Maharashtra's Food and Drugs Administration on Friday ordered filing FIR against e-commerce major Snapdeal's CEO Kunal Bahl, directors in case of selling prescription drugs online.

Maharashtra FDA had raided the premises Snapdeal few days ago for allegedly selling medicines, including prescription drugs.

Meanwhile, the company had delisted the drugs on its portal and is assisting the FDA in the investigation.
