Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee will receive the Bharat Ratna award, India's highest civilian honour, on March 27. Departing from the protocol, President Pranab Mukherjee will personally will visit former PM Vajpayee's residence to confer upon him the prestigious award.
