Did Tunis gunman run out of ammunition?

According to a few reports, armed Tunisian police was able to capture one of the gunman as the ammunition in his gun ran out. There's an image, showing security forces escorting a man away from the scene. Although there has been mention of suspects arrested, there is no official confirmation.
