Uber rape case: SC issues notice to Delhi govt, driver

The Supreme Court has stayed Delhi high court order allowing the accused in the Uber cab rape case to recall and re-examine 13 witnesses. It has also issued a notice to the accused and the Delhi government on the victim's plea.

Trial proceeding in the case have also been stayed.
