J&K govt, where BJP is a partner, not our priority: Rajnath amid Alam row

Home Minister Rajnath Singh said today that he is not satisfied with the report of the Jammu and Kashmir government on the release of separatist Masarat Alam.

"We have sought clarification," Rajnath said. "The government in Jammu and Kashmir, where BJP is a partner, is not a priority for us," home minister told PTI.

Opposition parties today sought to corner the government over reports that the Jammu and Kashmir government was planning to release 800 more
separatists and sought to know if the state's governor has mentioned this in his report to the Centre.
