On Monday in Parliament, Prime Minister Modi flayed the Jammu and
Kashmir government for the decision, said the Centre had not been
consulted, and that he 'shared the Opposition's anger' over the
decision.
However, letters accessed by

government assumed office in the state on March 1, 2015.
