After Alam, no militants to be released: Jammu and Kashmir Home Secy

Jammu and Kashmir Home Secretary Suresh Kumar has said that no further release of militants or political prisoners will take place.

This statement comes hot on the heels of the controversial release of separatist Masarat Alam by J-K Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed.

On Tuesday, the state government also cleared release of 15 Pakistani nationals including the border trespassers and militants of different outfits lodged in various prisons in Srinagar.
