AK Antony buys a cell phone

Former defence minister A K Antony has finally begun to use a mobile phone, or rather he now owns one. This is breaking news for top Congress leaders (most of who do not have his number) because Antony never owned a mobile phone. He has never texted either.

Oh and yes, it's a basic phone, not a smart one.
