Kiran Bedi justifies Tomar's arrest

BJP leader Kiran Bedi on Tuesday said the Aam Aadmi Party Government might be crying foul over the arrest of Delhi Law Minister Jitendra Tomar, but arrest was based on solid evidence.

"Since the matter has been in the news, they (police) must have collected appropriate evidence to make the arrest. The AAP will cry foul, but the police are not involved in politics. They are accountable for their investigation to the court. The court will decide what to do next. He always said that he does," said Bedi.
