After arrest, Delhi Law Minister Jitender Tomar resigns

Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar who was remanded to 4 days police custody in the fake degrees case has just resigned from his post as law minister. Earlier in the day, the Saket court had sent him to 4 days in police custody for holding fake degrees.

The capital saw high drama as Tomar's party, the Aam Aadmi Party, claimed that it was a conspiracy by the Centre against the government for working against corruption.
