BJP expects parliament session to be a washout

The BJP Parliamentary board is pragmatic enough to know that the monsoon session of Parliament will be a washout. So seniors in the party are focusing on Bihar because the BJP, quite cleverly, has got the the land bill pushed to early next year and if they can manage to push the GST Bill through this monsoon session, it will be a major hurdle crossed.
