Taking to the podium to speak to the guests invited for the presidential banquet hosted in his honour, US President Barack Obama once again expressed his gratitude for the 'extraordinary hospitality' given to him and Michelle.

Speaking about his friendship with Modi, Obama said that he had read that Modi was a tough guy, who had fought crocodiles in the past.

He also joked that when it came to style, there was none like PM Modi and that in fact, a US paper had said that Modi was only second to his wife, Michelle, when it came to fashion. He added, "I was thinking of wearing a Modi kurta tonight."

Amid chuckles, Obama raised a toast to the Indo-US 'dosti' and thanked the guests present.
