Padma Bhushan for Bill and Melinda Gates

Former Chief Election Commissioner N Gopalaswami, constitutional expert Subhash C Kashyap, Microsoft chief Bill Gates and his wife Melinda have been awarded the Padma Bhushan.

Journalists Rajat Sharma, Swapan Dasgupta; lawyer Harish Salve, cardiologist Ashok Seth, filmmaker Jahnu Barua are among the 20 who will receive the honour.
