Record attendance by ministers at Vibrant Gujarat

For the first time in 10 years, many Union ministers were present at the Vibrant Gujarat 2015 meet. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, not one to let a chance at a dig pass, asked at a business interaction, 'What does it show, why did the UPA boycott Vibrant Gujarat?'

Incidentally, Jaitley's is predecessor had written a column on Sunday taking all credit for the success of economic reforms in the country.
