No attack of terror can stop march of freedom: Kerry @ Vibrant Gujarat Summit

US Secretary of State John Kerry begins his address to delegates at the Vibrant Gujarat summit amid a rousing applause. "I fear we have reached that moment in an event where everything has been said but not everyone has said it. Modi has made the name of Gujarat synonymous with change and possibilities."

"The moment has never been more right to tap the incredible possibilities between our two shared countries.We can do more together, we must do more together and we must do it faster," he added. "Obama and Modi both have unlikely stories of success."

Condemning the Paris terror attack he said, "No act of terror can stop the march of freedom."
