Former Punjab CM Capt Amrinder Singh's presence in the Lok Sabha, seated behind Sonia Gandhi, is being seen as the beginning of the winds of change blowing in the grand old party. For a bit, at least.

Now that Rahul Gandhi has taken leave to find answers to problems that have foxed him, the old guard is back.

This is the first time that Amarinder Singh was seen in Lok Sabha taking part in the question hour.
