Just in: People Democratic Party's Mufti Mohd Sayeed to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi tomorrow, reports NDTV.

Sources say Sayeed will take oath as the J&K chief minister on Sunday. T

he Bharatiya Janata Party and the PDP today formally announced that they are coming together to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir.

A Common Minimum Programme covering contentious issues such as Article 370 of the Constitution that grants special status to J and K and the controversial Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act is the basis of the alliance of the two parties which will enable BJP to come to power for the first time in the sensitive state.
