Is your jaw still open after Chris Gayle's double ton? Well, here's how he prepared for the match yesterday. (See the picture).

The mercurial batsman hit the first double century in the history of World Cup in Tuesday's Pool B match against Zimbabwe at Canberra. Gayle's devastating knock of 215 off 147 balls helped West Indies reach 372 for 2.
