Use of laser, high beam lights near IGI Airport banned

Delhi Police has prohibited use of laser and high beam lights in the vicinity of IGI Airport at night saying this can distract pilots of descending flights which may lead to a major disaster.

There are a number of farm houses, marriage gardens and banquet halls and use of such lights is a common practice during marriage processions.
