Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi proposes dissolution of Bihar Assembly at Cabinet meeting. He has the support of 7 ministers but is opposed by 21 pro-Nitish Kumar ministers, says Finance Minister Bijendra Yadav.

Bihar governor has accepted the chief minister's recommendation of dismissal of two ministers - Rajiv Ranjan Singh Lallan and P K Shahi.

Manjhi today visited Janata Dal-United leader Nitish Kumar in the presence of party president Sharad Yadav to reconcile after Bharatiya Janata Party's top leadership in Delhi made it clear not to support Manjhi.
