Four BSF men dead as charter plane crashes at Dwarka near Delhi

BSF plane crash: Two bodies have been recovered from crash site, but NDTV reports that a total of people are believed to be dead. The aircraft was carrying two pilots and seven technicians, say early reports. Three bodies have been recovered.

Deepender Pathak, JCP (South West Delhi) told news agencies that ambulances and 15 fire tenders are at the spot.

The BSF charter plane took off at 9:45 am and crashed at 9:50 am. The charter plane was called Super King and was a 10 seater. The plane was bound for Ranchi and crashed at Bapdola village near Dwarka on the outskirts of Delhi. The aircraft was on fire when it crashed, but the fire has now been put off.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh to visit the crash site. Mahesh Sharma (MoS, Civil Aviation) says that an inquiry has been ordered.
