Difficult to accept Ravindra Patil as a reliable witness: HC

Update on the Salman Khan case. Bombay High Court says that no one except Ravindra Patil said that actor Salman Khan was driving the car during the accident. Bombay High Court says that Ravindra Patil is a partially reliable witness and therefore his evidence needs corroboration.
The HC observes "it's difficult to accept the answer of witness Ravindra Patil that the car tyre burst due to impact" and said that in a criminal trial it's the duty of the prosecution to establish its own case, not for accused to prove his innocence."
