PM reaches Chennai, aerial survey to begin shortly

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaches INS Rajali in Arakkonam. He will take an aerial survey of flood-devastated Chennai. The naval airbase here will serve as a makeshift airport for rescue ops. Arakkonam is 90 km from Chennai. It is from this air base that Air India to operate special flights to bring back stranded passengers.
