Sushma Swaraj says," Pakistan carried out  90+ ceasefire violations. Then Gurdaspur and Udhampur. But the government resisted domestic pressure to call talks off."

"Dialogue can take place only in an atmosphere free from terror and violence. India is not avoiding talks."

"If there are talks it will be only between India and Pakistan. Please do not get a third party involved like the Hurriyat. There can be no 3rd party to talks, as per Simla Agreement," says MEA.

"Terror and talks are not possible. But talks on terror are desirable," he says." You are welcome to talks, but only on terror."
