Coming up at 4 pm: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj's press conference in New Delhi on NSA-level talks with India.

Pakistan's NSA Sartaz Aziz said in a presser earlier in the day that he was ready to hold talks tomorrow and it was up to India to take a final call.
