NO talks if Pak wants to talk Kashmir: Sushma Swaraj

So are India-Pakistan talks on or are they called off? Well, we still do not have a clarity. But, toughing its stands further India through its External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has set a midnight deadline for Pakistan.

The ball is back in the neighbour's court. While Pakistan NSA says there will be no meaningful dialogue without talks on Kashmir, Sushma made it clear that come ahead for talks only and only if you want to discuss terror. Otherwise "no baat cheet".

According to CNN IBN, Pakistan is unwilling to keep Hurriyat away from talks and an official statement by Islamabad is expected later in the day.
