Clearly, Pakistan's Sartaz Aziz has once again put the ball in India's court as far as the NSA-level talks are concerned. Claiming that he has dossiers of R&AWs involvement in Pakistan, Aziz says today, "If I don't get opportunity to hand over the dossiers to Indian NSA in New Delhi, I hope to give it to him in New York next month if he comes."

He also adds, "India and Pakistan have a collective responsibility to ensure peace.

On the difference over Kashmiri separatists, Aziz says, "It's strange that India will expect that discussion on meeting with Hurriyat will become part of agenda; its not a substantial item."

On the border issue, he says, "The escalations of tensions along LoC worrisome."

He also adds, "No meaningful dialogue with India possible without discussing Kashmir. India cannot wish it away."
