No meaningful dialogue with India possible without dicussing Kashmir: Pak

Clearly, Pakistan's Sartaz Aziz has once again put the ball in India's court as far as the NSA-level talks are concerned. Claiming that he has dossiers of R&AWs involvement in Pakistan, Aziz says today, "If I don't get opportunity to hand over the dossiers to Indian NSA in
New Delhi, I hope to give it to him in New York next month if he comes."
He also adds, "India and Pakistan have a collective responsibility to ensure peace.
On the difference over Kashmiri separatists, Aziz says, "It's strange that India will expect that discussion on meeting with Hurriyat will become part of agenda; its not a substantial item."
On the border issue, he says, "The escalations of tensions along LoC worrisome."
