All talks between India, Pak can't be called dialogue: Sushma

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj addresses the media on India-Pakistan NSA talks. She begins saying that she will be visiting Egypt and Germany, ahead of which she wants to clarify India's stand on the ongoing controversy.

"India and Pakistan established composite dialogue in 1998. But every time we have talks with Pakistan it does not constitute a dialogue," she says.

Recounting history, she says composite dialogue was started Vajpayee. There were 8 points to the original composite talk held by the Vapayee govt with Pakistan."

"Composite dialogue ended after 26/11 attacks, when dialogue was resumed but Mumbai trial progress was added to discussion," she adds.
