After External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj's statement on the Lalit Modi issue, where she hit out at Rahul and Sonia Gandhi saying the Gandhi family was involved in black money transactions with Quattrochhi, it's time for Rahul to respond.

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi begins by slamming the PM for his absence in Parliament, "The PM has no guts to face the House," he said.

"Our PM had said 'na khaunga na khaane dunga,' but today he does not have the guts to sit in this chair.  Sushma-ji held my hand in Parliament yesterday and asked me, "Beta Maine galat kya kiya? Kya tum mujhse naraz ho?"

When you (Sushma) asked me am I disappointed with you? I said NO, I speak the truth and you shifted your glance and didn't look into my eye."

"Lalit Modi is a symbol of black money in India. The country wants to hear the PM speak, why is he silent?  Lalit Modi pays Sushma Swaraj's family.

Now, leader of the house, Arun Jaitley is talking on the issue.
