Rajnath Singh likely to make statement in Parliament on farmer suicide case

Cong says there is nothing more important than this issue.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh is expected to make a statement on the issue in both houses of Parliament.

Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung, police chief BS Bassi had met Rajnath Singh over the Jantar Mantar suicide case in the morning.

Congress had asked for an adjournment motion on farmer death issue in Parliament.

Workers of the Youth Congress on Thursday protested against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal outside his residence following the suicide of farmer Gajendra Singh, who committed suicide during an Aam Aadmi Party rally in the national capital.
