Delhi HC denies Pachauri permission to travel abroad

TERI Director General R K Pachauri, facing allegations of sexually harassing a woman employee, was denied permission to travel abroad for next week's Global Water Summit in Greece by Delhi High Court after which he withdrew his plea. Justice S P Garg disagreed with the request of Pachauri, that he should be allowed to attend the summit, saying his presence is not mandatory.
