Arms Act case: Salman Khan seeks exemption from appearing in court

Bollwood actor Salman Khan, who was expected to record his statement in theArms Act case against him has reportedly sought exemption from appearing in the court citing health reasons.

The 49-year-old actor, therefore has sought exemption from appearing at the Jodhpur court on health grounds.

The Arms Act case is an offshoot of the 1998 black buck poaching case, where the actor has been accused of killing the endangered 'chinkaras' during the shooting of his film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.
