NDA is anti-farmer, Rahul tells LS

Rahul lists out various actions by the NDA to show them as anti-farmer. 'We paid better minimum support price to the farmer, what has the NDA done? MSP is where it was. Agricultural credit has not improved.'

'What is the result of this? Agriculture grew at 4.1 pc in our UPA's time. During the first NDA regime it was 2.6 pc, now it as around one pc How can you talk of improving the plight of the farmer?'
