Modi-Merkel joint presser: Lion and Eagle will make a good combo

PM Modi at the joint presser with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. This is last public address in Germany before he leaves for Canada later today.

"The Lion and the Eagle will make a very good combination and I am sure of that. I want to thank the Chancellor that we spoke about India -Germany bond so openly. With an open mind we have discussed India-Germany ties.

"Germany is known as a leader in field of skill development, in India we have to bring skill development keeping Germany in mind.

"Renewable energy and energy efficiency are important aspects.

"Germany is helping us in that field.We have also discussed international issues in our meeting."
