A Delhi Correspondent: There seems to be a buzz in the Congress headquarters over reports that party vice president Rahul Gandhi, who has been on sabbatical for nearly two months, may be back in action on Wednesday.

Reports say that Rahul could 'resurface' either in Delhi or Patna with the Congress, which has struggled to defend his long absence beyond saying that he needed time to 'introspect', working out an elaborate strategy to ensure the occasion is widely publicised on television news channels.

Rahul took leave of absence from party president Sonia Gandhi on the eve of the budget session of Parliament to "introspect on the party's future".
