Amit Shah cancels Mumbai visit

Amid the stalemate over seat-sharing, Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah has cancelled his visit to Mumbai. According to sources, he was likely to meet Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray to discuss the issue. Talks between the two allies reached an impasse last night when both parties could not decide on a final number of seats that would be contested by them during the upcoming Maharashtra assembly polls.
