Could it be the home ministry trying to sabotage the talks as was done when V B Vajpayee was talking in Beijing and the Advani-led ministry created pressure back home?

Is the Rajnath-led ministry indulging in similar mischief?

Or, is it the Omar Abdullah government trying to shift the media attention away from mess caused by the floods?
