Will Modi's Bhuj experience help in Kashmir?

Over the last couple of days Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been sharing with his confidants his concern over the Kashmir flood devastation being a major challenge, and also, given his effective handling of the 2002 Bhuj earthquake and subsequent rehabilitation, he is believed to be confident of overcoming this natural calamity.

Modi plans to take up this task with the assistance of P K Misra, additional principal secretary in the Prime Ministers Office who has mastery over disaster management.
