Deceased did not breathe for more than a few seconds when the shots were fired, says the judge.

Judge Masipa says the victim could not have screamed since the shots were fired in quick succession, which means only the accused could have screamed. The screams were heard just when the four shots were fired.

She is the process of explaining why the witnesses got much of their evidence wrong. Witnesses had discussed case with others before taking the witness stand.
