High-level US, EU, Israel team for Kashmir floods rehab/

The Foreign Office has been flooded with messages and contributions and offer of rehabilitation in the wake of the floods in Kashmir. Countries from the European Union as well as Israel and the US have proposed the creation of a high-level team to handle the rehabilitation of the victims. The Union Government is expected to take a final call by this week.
