'People of Delhi have the right to a govt'

The Supreme Court pulls up the Centre and the Delhi Lt Governor for delay in taking decisions regarding government formation. The SC says, "In a democracy, President's Rule can't go on forever. Have given enough time, nothing has happened. People of Delhi have the right to a government."

The SC will hear the case on merit and decide to dissolve the assembly.
