The White Houses limited options on Ferguson

This is one problem President Barack Obama definitely cant solve with a speech.
Hes going to have to find actions -- realistic, meaningful actions -- to ease the anger in Ferguson over the grand jurys decision not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of unarmed 18-year-old Michael Brown, civil rights groups and Ferguson community leaders say.
As Janai Nelson of the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund put it: Remarks are helpful, but actions are much more helpful.
But as the White House continued to ponder possible responses to protests that continued across the country for a second night, Obamas aides know that he doesnt have a lot of options, and most of the biggest actions he could take are already underway.
