Power minister Piyush Goyal stayed up till 3 am today in Shram Shakti Bhavan -- the headquarters of the Power Ministry -- clearing specific files. At 11 am, Goyal was in Parliament looking bright and alive, answering questions in Lok Sabha. All work and no play make ministers bright.
